What the service is

Healthybase is an online fitness and lifestyle coaching service. It gives you a daily food and workout plan, an AI coach, and, on the AI + Real Coach plan, a weekly review from a human coach.

Not medical advice

This service is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any illness, take regular medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an injury or have had eating difficulties, talk to a doctor before starting. If you feel unwell at any point (dizziness, chest pain, breathlessness), stop and see a doctor right away.

Who can use it

The service is only for people aged 18 or older.

Results

Results are different for everyone. We do not guarantee any specific weight or result.

AI coach

The AI coach can make mistakes. Think important decisions through yourself, especially health-related ones, and ask a doctor when needed.

Payment

Every plan lasts 30 days and is paid before it starts. The rules for refunds and cancellation are here.

Fair use

Your account is for you only. Selling or sharing your plan or content with others is not allowed.
