Refunds and cancellation

Plan length

Every plan (AI Coach or AI + Real Coach) lasts 30 days. Payment is made before the plan starts.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable. That is why you can see a free preview of your plan before you pay.

Exceptions

If we are unable to start your service, or if you were charged twice, that amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Cancellation

You can choose not to buy the next month at any time. Your current plan keeps running until its 30 days are over. Plans do not renew automatically; you renew each month yourself.
